CIS (Constraction Industry Scheme)
– defines the principles of settlements and payments between contractors and subcontractors in the construction industry.
This system applies to all types of businesses operating in this industry, ie.:
– Self-employed persons
-partnership
-ltd partnership
-Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
All CIS contractors are obliged to register with HMRC and for sending monthly settlements showing how much they paid the subcontractor.
As part of the CIS settlement we offer:

-CIS clearance for emplyees
